" I am a personal trainer and gym owner. I am also a grandmother and caretaker for Ryley, who has non-verbal autism. My dream was to join our two worlds to create a safe and nurturing fitness space for people with disabilities and their families. All people, regardless of ability, benefit from a healthy lifestyle.
