About the Course

Oula Dance classes are inclusive cardio classes that empower participants to challenge their bodies & minds and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection. Each person is encouraged to let the music and their bodies choose what moves work for them and what moves they want to create for themselves.
