Sound Bath

About the Course

The sound baths are designed to help participants unwind, regulate, and relax at the end of the week through sound, calming lighting, and gentle movement. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that supports their sense of safety and comfort, such as a favorite blanket, stuffed animal, and a pillow. While the room will be set up with individual yoga mats, blankets, and pillows for people to lay down comfortably, people are welcome to sit in a chair if that is the space they feel most comfortable. Masks are available for people who would prefer to experience the sound itself. Pillows for under your knees are available upon request.


Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to allow yourself to get comfortable in the position that suits you best.
